3 Super Easy DIY Fall Decor

DIY Fall Decor Project

Fall is about cozy decor. I like to incorporate farmhouse style into my home in the fall — mainly, because it looks cozy and homey. The wood signs, faux cotton stems, and wheat stalks remind me that fall is here.

I’m going to share how you can make these easy and inexpensive fall DIY’s while the kids are in school or napping. If you’re a mom like me, you don’t have a lot of free time. Heck, I barely have time to clean my house!

I am going to show you how to can make a fall wreath, faux cotton stems and table centerpiece perfect for all your gatherings. Sounds interesting? Let’s get started.

DIY Fall wreath

Full disclosure: this post contains affiliate links.

You’ll need:

  • Straw wreath – similar to this
  • Burlap fall flower – from Dollar Tree
  • Faux wheat – x2 from Dollar Tree
  • Metal welcome sign – from Dollar Tree
  • Glue gun

Directions:

Remove the flowers from the stem. I placed flowers and glued it on bottom but you can also place it on the side if you like. Glue the metal sign on the top and that’s it.

Couldn’t get any easier than that, right?

DIY Faux Cotton Wreath

DIY cotton wreath

You’ll need:

  • 1 pack (12 pcs) Faux cotton pods – similar to this but I got mine from Hobby Lobby
  • Grapevine wreath
  • Glue gun

Direction:

Take the cotton pods and glue it on the wreath. You’re all done!

DIY Fall Table Centerpiece

You’ll need:

  • Wood planter –  similar to this
  • Styrofoam block – similar to this
  • Greenery – similar to this
  • Small pumpkins – similar to this
  • Berry picks – similar to this
  • Moss

Directions:

Take the styrofoam block and place it in the wood planter. Start to place the greenery and the berries on the styrofoam. Add the pumpkins in the center and fill in the gaps with moss. I painted the pumpkins with light pink and gold.  You maybe also add some wheats, candles and pine cones.

I love how this makes my table look elegant and finished. Even better with a fall table runner. I got my planter from Goodwill but you can find it on Amazon or any craft stores.

Hope you enjoyed these super easy DIY projects.
