Welcome to the Christmas Home Tour.
December is finally here. I’m sure most of you are busy doing Christmas shopping. We did most of our shopping online. I am so glad that we are almost done so I can finally plan for our Christmas dinner.
My 5 year-old is already counting the days to Christmas. She can’t wait to open her presents.
As Christmas is fast approaching, I hope you will pause to remember that…
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. – Isaiah 9:6
Entryway
Our entryway pretty much looks the same. I added a small wreath and Christmas swag on the door. The plaid pillow and scarf are Target finds. I had to put away some of the coats and shoes so it doesn’t look too cluttered.
Living Room
I got a new flocked tree this year and I couldn’t be happier. It’s by far my favorite tree I’ve ever owned. I wrote a blog post about it. I added red pillows and plaid throw blankets. My friend got me a faux fur Christmas skirt and I got two matching Christmas stockings to go with it.
Dining Room
This is the first year we had a Christmas tree in the dining room. My sister and I found this tree on the curb. Some of the lights did not work so I had to remove and put in new Christmas lights. I kept the decor simple because I want it to look like a real tree.
Kitchen
I did not do much decorating in the kitchen. I added pops of red decors and a tiny Christmas tree next to the sink. I love this fresh cut sign I got from Target.
Master Bedroom
In the master bedroom I replaced the wall decor with a Christmas wreath I got from Target years ago. I borrowed the pillows from our living room to continue the red theme throughout.
I hope you enjoyed the tour.
Have a Merry Christmas!

Beautifully done!
Thank you Kathy. Have a great Christmas!
Very cute! I love Christmas decorating. I try to collect a good quality decoration each year or so to build up my collection. I do struggle making sure they all match, though. They definitely don’t all match, lol! But oh well, it’s still fun to make the home explode Christmas.
Thanks, Holly. I usually shop for Christmas decors the day after Christmas because I can get it for a great deal.I love to collect Christmas decors but my husband is a minimalist. He always tell me to get rid of the old ones, Lol. I love to decorate for Christmas as well. In fact, I look forward to it every year. Hope you have a Merry Christmas.
So pretty! I love that you added touches even in your bedroom. Lovely home! Merry Christmas!
Thank you very much, Camille. I would love to decorate the entire house for Christmas but that would require too much work, LoL. Merry Christmas to you as well.
Your home looks beautiful! Every corner, every nook, just perfect! Great job 🙂
Aw, thank you very much, Melissa. I appreciate your comment. Merry Christmas!
Your home looks beautiful! I love that flocked tree and all the pops of red!
Hi, Amie. Thank you! I love my flocked tree. I was thinking about doing blush and gold tree but I decided to add pops of red. I really love the festive look. Merry Christmas and thanks for stopping by 😊
