Hello, friends! I hope you’re doing well.
My daughter and I love to shop at Dollar Tree. Every time we go, she asks for something and for $1 I’m not too inclined to say no.
I usually get bread, batteries and rolls but I also like to check out their seasonal decor. They have decent Christmas ornaments to choose from. However, I am always looking for projects because I don’t like to spend a lot on decor.
While I was browsing, I saw these chalkboard wood stakes and thought they would be perfect for a table sign.
I also grabbed these clothespins for the stand.
These are perfect for weddings, seasonal parties and holiday dinners.
They’re a cinch to make.
Chalkboard Table Stand
You’ll need:
- Chalkboard wood stakes
- Mini clothes pins
- Glue gun
- Chalk
Directions
Remove the wood stake from the chalkboard.
Cut a small piece of wood stake and glue it to the back of the chalkboard.
Take a clothes pin and glue it to the top of the wood.
You’re all done! Write names or season-inspired words on the chalkboards.
Chalkboard Napkin Clip
With the same materials you can make a napkin clip, but it’s even easier. All you have to do is take out the wood stake and glue the clothes pin on the back of the chalkboard.
The clothespin can then be clipped to the napkin ring.
Here’s the finished project.
This project is super easy and I love that you can customize or write anything on the chalkboard.
I hope these easy DIYs add pizazz to your holiday gatherings. Have a great week!
