Are you excited about spring? I sure am! My daffodils are coming out I am which means spring is right around the corner. If you know me by now, you know that spring is my favorite season.

I love to see all the pretty trees and flowers everywhere. Everything looks so pretty and colorful. I don’t know about you but I am counting the days until spring arrives.

I went to Aldi last fall and saw a bistro set on sale. I called hubby and told him that I want it for my birthday and he said yes. My birthday is in the fall, so we had to wait to assemble it this spring.

I can’t wait to see the new patio furniture. We are going to put it on our front porch. The bistro set we currently have is 10 years old and it’s no longer my style.

Hubby and I decided to not give each other presents for Christmas. Instead, we buy stuff for the house. For Christmas, we got a new trash can and water softener. Ha! You know you’re a grown-up when getting new household stuff or home improvements makes you happy. LOL.

We also replaced our patio furniture last year with the Better Homes and Gardens Lilah furniture set. I first saw this set when I went to our local Walmart and it looks beautiful. I thought it would be perfect for the deck.

I saw the set was on sale and grabbed the opportunity to buy it. I couldn’t pass up a good deal! I’ve looked on Amazon and Target but it was out of my price range or the back is super low.

I was looking for a piece of patio furniture that looked modern and boho/coastal and it has to be comfortable. Hubby likes to hang out and lounge on the deck in the summer. Comfort is important to us.

We even returned a couch set two years ago because it was so uncomfortable. LOL.
