Cook and prepare frozen broccoli according to package. Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions until soft and meat is no longer pink. Drain off fat.
Add broccoli, sour cream and cheddar cheese with the meat. Mix well.
Add cheese, salt and pepper and let the cheddar cheese melt.
Turn off the stove and let the meat filling cool.
Using a 12x18 baking sheets, unroll one crescent dough. Press the perforations to seal.
Spoon the meat filling over the crescent roll. Spread it out evenly.
Take the remaining crescent dough and roll it over the meat mixture.
Pinch edges together to seal and prevent the filling to come out.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
