Preheat oven to 170 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix water, sugar and salt until dissoved.
Using a big bowl, put in the flour.
Create a well in the center and pour water mixture into the well.
Add the yeast and beat the water using a fork until the yeast is dissolved.
Slowly mix and knead the flour until dough begins to form.
If the dough is too sticky, add more flour in small increments.
Knead the dough thoroughly until smooth.
In a separate glass bowl, add olive oil to coat the bottom and place the dough into the bowl.
Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and put it in the preheated oven. Turn off oven and let the dough rise.
When the dough has doubled in size, take it out of the oven and let it cool.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Knead the dough on a floured surface.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough until flat and transfer to a pizza pan.
Add pizza sauce, mozzarela cheese and toppings.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
